I had a great stay at this hotel! One of the best aspects was how close it was to the railway station. I was able to easily catch my train the next day without having to worry about transportation. The staff at this hotel were also very friendly and helpful. They provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, including the clean and comfortable rooms.

We stayed at a hotel in Surat for xmas and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to both the bus station and train station. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast every morning, which we enjoyed before starting our day out exploring. The gym and spa facilities were also a plus for us.

The room we were given was quite small and felt a bit cramped. We also found it disappointing that the room service didn't start until 8 am, which meant we couldn't have our morning tea earlier.
